Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across multiple childcare centers to ensure consistency, quality, and full regulatory compliance, conducting regular audits and implementing standardized processes for curriculum and safety. Drive enrollment growth and financial performance by executing regional marketing strategies while maintaining profit margins and optimizing costs. Lead staff development through professional planning, coaching, and performance feedback to foster retention and engagement, while building lasting partnerships with families through proactive communication and community events. Manage independent decision-making on staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions, ensuring zero licensing violations and high operational audit scores. Travel regularly between sites to perform inspections, assessments, and direct support for center directors.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience managing multi-site operations in a business setting
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of state childcare regulations and licensing requirements
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational excellence with business objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A clear commitment to family engagement and staff development
- Must be able to travel between childcare centers within the assigned region
- Ability to move throughout classrooms, playgrounds, and facility spaces to complete inspections, coaching sessions, and assessments
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
