Job Summary
Direct supervision and care for a group of elementary and middle school youth, implementing developmentally appropriate activities per agency curriculum, preparing lesson plans, maintaining attendance and safety, and communicating student progress to parents. Emphasizes a warm, friendly, professional demeanor, ability to work with children, staff and families, adherence to safety procedures, and participation in staff trainings. Requires physical ability to lift and separate children as needed, reliability, and flexibility to work beyond scheduled times while upholding the program’s mission and goals.
