Job Summary
Lead Teacher for a 2's classroom at The Learning Experience in Frankfort, IL. Responsibilities include overall classroom management in a safe, nurturing environment, implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, using engaging characters to drive learning, regularly communicating with parents about children's activities and progress, and building relationships with families and coworkers. Requirements include 2 years of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required), an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or 60 college credits with 6 in ECE or a CDA, and compliance with background screening or state licensing. Hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Starting compensation is $16/hour. The role offers benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
