Job Summary
Oversee overnight operations at the Toyota Children's Center by mentoring the teaching team, monitoring program quality, and ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards. Document children's learning visibly while fostering an inclusive culture and maintaining strong relationships with families and staff. Shifts typically run 8:00pm to 5:00am or 4:00pm to 1:00am Monday through Friday, involving in-person supervision, office-based duties, and temporary coverage of breaks or absences. This leadership role supports Bright Horizons' mission to shape futures and provide high-quality early childhood care in the Princeton, Indiana area.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or higher degree in early childhood education, education, child development, business or related field
- Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience
- Leadership skills
- Pass required state and company background checks
- Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
