Child Care Lead Teacher Preschool

Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards. Curate programs and activities based on children's interests and learning styles, maintaining a warm, clean environment that permits exploration. Partner with families to create individualized care and education plans, providing effective communication regarding their child's progress. This role requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent CDA credential, two years of experience in a licensed facility, and the ability to work within regular operating hours. Full-time staff accrue two weeks of paid time off in their first year and are eligible for a 401(k) match.
