Job Summary
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards. Curate programs and activities based on children's interests, maintain a warm and clean environment, and partner with families to create individualized care and education plans. Provide effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. This role requires an Associate Degree, CDA credential, or equivalent experience, with a preference for candidates holding two or more years of licensed facility experience. Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR Head Teacher certification OR 12 credits in Early Childhood Education courses OR Bachelor's Degree required

- Ability to work within regular operating hours
Desired Qualifications
