Job Summary
Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks through 12 years in an assigned preschool classroom while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards. Curate daily programs and activities tailored to children's interests and learning styles, maintaining a warm, clean environment that permits exploration. Partner with families to create individualized care and education plans, providing effective communication regarding each child's progress. This role requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA credential, one year of experience in a licensed facility, and the ability to work within regular operating hours. Required Qualifications
