Child Care Director

Lead and manage all aspects of the afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs while hiring, training, and supervising staff. Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children by communicating effectively with parents and families. Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety requirements. Help grow and enhance programs through exceptional customer service and leadership.
