Job Summary
Lead Primrose School of Franklin as Child Care Director: build and inspire a team, cultivate positive relationships with families and the community, ensure health and safety, and drive the school’s Balanced Learning approach. Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and brand resources to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care, oversee staff development, and guide curriculum implementation. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or equivalent classroom/teaching experience) and Director Certification in MA.
