Job Summary
Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans while implementing company curriculum through coaching and standards communication. Ensure the school operates in accordance with state licensing standards and maintains an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff to help achieve profitability while promoting the company's positive image as a provider of choice in community educational programs. Assist in creating a learning environment that supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children under care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet state requirements for education
- Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field
