Job Summary
Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards. Mentor teachers and assistant teachers within centers, curating programs based on children's interests. Partner with families to create care and education plans, providing effective communication regarding their child's progress. Work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for infants. Full-time role with no evenings or weekends; wage ranges from $21.00 to $30.00. Requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA credential, or MA teacher certification.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR EEC State of MA Teacher certification
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
- Ability to work within regular operating hours

- 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility
