Job Summary
Bright Horizons’ Child Care Center Toddler Teacher helps shape young learners’ days by planning hands-on activities tailored to toddlers’ needs and interests, maintaining open communication with parents about daily milestones, and upholding a safe, clean classroom. The role supports coverage across the center or nearby locations as needed and requires adherence to immunization, health, and safety requirements. Candidates must meet state and company background checks; 18+ with a HS diploma or GED is required, with CDA or a related college degree preferred. Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) and experience in child care/preschool settings are valued. The position is in-person in the Sudbury, MA area, with compensation offered between $22.75 and $27.80 per hour, and benefits including health insurance, paid leave, 401(k), and opportunities for career development and continuing education through Bright Horizons programs.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
