Job Summary
Team Lead at a licensed childcare center (preschool) responsible for promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, leading classroom instruction (at least 50% of weekly schedule), managing classroom operations, communicating with families, mentoring new hires, and stepping in as Director or Assistant Director in the absence of leadership. Role requires experience in licensed childcare, ability to engage in physical activity with children, and may prefer college credits toward ECE/Child Development or a CDA. Compensation for Team Lead ranges from $23.36 to $24.27 per hour, with health benefits, education assistance, 401K, and child care discounts; schedule is Monday through Friday; location Martinez, CA.
