Job Summary
Conduct daily care of children by following licensing guidelines and company standards while implementing a proprietary curriculum to create interactive learning experiences. Observe and assess children to inform planning, communicate effectively with families, and engage in physical activity both indoors and outdoors. Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics to ensure knowledge of state requirements and center standards. Work Monday through Friday with bi-weekly or daily pay options ranging from $20.11 to $20.89 based on position, education, and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
