Job Summary
Lead the daily care of toddlers by following licensing guidelines and company standards while implementing a proprietary curriculum with fun, interactive learning experiences. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate these insights with families. Complete extensive training on child care and preschool topics to ensure you are knowledgeable and creative in your approach. Engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors while maintaining an energetic and dependable presence. This role requires at least six months of classroom leadership experience and twelve Early Childhood Education units, with full-time employees eligible for health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
- The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- At least 18
