Job Summary
Center Director responsible for people leadership, curriculum alignment with brand standards, licensing compliance, and day-to-day operations in a Denton, TX child care center. Leads teacher recruitment and development, conducts classroom observations and evaluations, manages schedules and staffing ratios, maintains licensing documentation, and oversees family communications, health and safety compliance, and regulatory reporting to ensure high-quality care and equitable student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
- At least one year of center leadership/management experience required
- Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- CPR and First Aide Certification highly preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines
