Child Care Associate Center Director

Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks through 12 years while collaborating with the Center Director, teachers, and families to create a home-away-from-home environment. Manage and track expenses, revenue, and goals for annual budgeting, and assist with adherence to childcare licensing requirements and internal policies. Substitute as Center Director during their absence, review staffing needs and classroom assignments, and establish effective communication channels with parents and staff. Serve as a resource and leader to all personnel to maintain a professional work environment.
