Job Summary
Lead and supervise elementary-aged students during before and after school hours by planning engaging enrichment and recreational activities that reflect student interests. Foster a positive, inclusive environment through strong group management, relationship-building, and clear behavior expectations while supporting social and emotional growth. Implement daily routines, maintain a safe and organized space, and follow individualized support plans as needed. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and families to ensure high-quality program delivery. On-the-job training covers first aid, CPR, child development, and working with special needs children. Shifts run 2:00–5:30 PM across nine elementary school sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- High School Diploma or GED (required if 18 years or older)
- Experience working with school-aged children (formal or informal)
- Successful completion of background check
