Job Summary
Assist with hands-on activities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones; ensure a safe, clean classroom by following established procedures; provide coverage for classrooms across the center as needed; participate in curriculum delivery and support growth across age groups; require passing state and company background checks; 18+ with a high school diploma or GED; 1 year of child-care experience preferred; CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred; full-time schedule 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
- background checks as required by state and company
- physical readiness and immunization compliance as applicable
