Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role supports a journey where you learn, grow, and thrive alongside children who are inspired to become lifelong learners.
