Job Summary
Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, and clean classroom. Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development, then effectively communicate these insights with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Engage in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors. This role supports La Petite Academy's mission to inspire children to become lifelong learners through a journey of growth and play.
Required Qualifications
