Job Summary
Provide safety and supervision for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years while assisting teachers with classroom instruction. Decorate indoor and outdoor learning spaces as needed to maintain a warm, clean environment that encourages exploration. Interact with children to foster involvement in activities and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress. Work within regular operating hours to support the daily operations of the center.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
