Job Summary
Conduct safety and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom. Decorate inside and outside classrooms as needed to maintain a warm, clean environment that permits children to grow and explore. Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities and provide effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child. Work within regular operating hours without evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment
