Job Summary
Oversee multiple child care centers and manage directors to ensure operations meet BrightPath standards, including NAEYC accreditation and state licensing compliance. Direct supervision of assigned Center Directors by overseeing daily responsibilities, training, management styles, and staff supervision. Address parent complaints regarding education or classroom programs and initiate classroom reorganization, including room openings or closures. Implement crisis management plans for accidents, disasters, or pandemics while reviewing customer and staff survey summaries to execute improvement action plans. Provide training on new policies for administration and staff to ensure continual adherence to procedures. Assess overall site appearance including equipment, furniture, cleanliness, bathrooms, playgrounds, and landscaping.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 5+ years of childcare or teaching experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to supervise others
- Ability to function independently within the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to work within regular operating hours
- Must meet State criteria for childcare employment
