Job Summary
Meet and greet each child and parent, assess special needs, and facilitate separation to engage them in age-appropriate activities. Provide interactive care for children three months and up, managing play, snacks, toileting, and diaper changing while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Assist with room clean-up, answer phones, take reservations, and communicate concerns to the supervisor. Work as a team member to solve problems and promote club activities. Requires Trustline registration, CPR/AED certification, and adherence to all club policies.
Required Qualifications
- Registration with Trustline Registry; includes fingerprint and background check
- Hold and maintain a current CPR/AED certification for infants, children, and adults
- Complete the required California Anti-Harassment course and OSHA COVID Safety Training
- Attend all required departmental staff meetings and all-staff meetings and trainings
- Be a team-player, communicate with all staff to solve problems, bring any unresolved issues to your supervisor
- Know and abide by all club rules and regulations regarding staff and members
- Present a neat well-groomed appearance at all times - dress in full uniform
- Stand, reach overhead, bend at the waist, sit, kneel, crouch, and be on all fours as necessary
- Lift, hold, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able and willing to work with cleaning and sanitation products
