Child Care Advisor

Oversees a caseload and provides intake services for applicants seeking subsidized child care; assigns and coordinates referrals for child care from authorized sources; determines and documents eligibility, notifies parents of status, and enrolls categorically eligible children as authorized by relevant boards and providers; authorizes payments to eligible parents with qualifying documentation; implements client service strategies, tracks attendance and service utilization, and coordinates with local providers; explains parents' rights and responsibilities, and supports parental compliance; supports QA monitoring and prepares responses; enters client data into designated systems and provides informational support as needed; requires strong communication, organizational skills, knowledge of community resources, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; auxiliary aids available on request; Equal Opportunity Employer statement included.
