Job Summary
Oversees a caseload of customers, ensuring positive outcomes and providing intake services for applicants seeking subsidized child care services. Coordinates referrals, determines eligibility, enrolls eligible children, and promotes compliance with agreements. Authorizes payment and assesses parent fees while tracking attendance and service utilization. Requires three years of directly related experience, excellent communication skills, management ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with community resources is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Three years directly related progressively responsible work experience or equivalent combinations thereof
- Computer literate with MS Word and Excel skills
- Ability to work with and relate to clients
