Job Summary
Behavioral Interventionist provides one-on-one in-home/community support to youth with behavioral challenges, delivering intervention strategies, coaching caregivers, and documenting progress. Responsibilities include following agency/state policies, communicating with caregivers, supervising clients, guiding daily living skills, utilizing trauma-informed activities (Bruce Perry framework), adhering to individualized objectives, attending staff meetings and trainings, participating in court hearings as requested, maintaining First Aid/CPR; requires High School diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends; paid onboarding training; benefits include PTO after 90 days and EAP.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
