Job Summary
Entry-level Part-Time Behavioral Interventionist role in Kansas City area focused on one-on-one work with youth facing behavioral challenges in home and community settings. Onboarding includes a paid three-week training schedule. Primary duties include providing direct, one-on-one services to clients, maintaining open communication with caregivers, offering supervision and coaching, delivering trauma-informed activities, supporting clients toward treatment goals, documenting shifts the same day, and collaborating with the client’s professional team. Requires 21+ years old, a High School diploma, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle. Must be able to mobilize within surrounding counties, lift up to 100 pounds, and maintain strong written and verbal communication; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- 21 years old
- valid driver’s license, car insurance, and vehicle

- ability to navigate stairs, climb, twist, bend, and lift up to 100 pounds
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
- ability to commute to meetings within surrounding counties
