Job Summary
Registered Nurse (SIPP) in Child Behavioral Health: full-time, Monday–Friday, 7a–3p, Jacksonville, FL. Responsible for nursing assessments, executing physician orders, administering medications, participating in treatment planning, ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining client confidentiality, observing for seclusion/restraint precautions, consulting with a Psychiatrist as needed, and collaborating with clients, families, peers, and staff. Must hold an active RN license in Florida, possess an Associate Degree, and have valid driver’s license; 1–3 years of applicable nursing experience preferred. Strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and computer skills (Outlook, data entry) are required. Includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with match, and PTO. Physical demands include Crisis Prevention training requirements and ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, lifting, and prolonged standing/walking.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN License in Florida
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN)
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Valid Driver's License required
