Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans under the supervision of a clinical team. Responsibilities include direct ABA intervention, accurate session data recording, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients and families. The role supports part-time schedules with a 6-month commitment, offers paid training, opportunities for professional advancement, and occasional fellowship/internship pathways to accumulate ABA hours. RBT certification is required prior to start, and candidates should be prepared to work in clients’ homes or community locations with flexible hours and competitive pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
- Willingness to learn
