Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in Holdrege, NE, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data with electronic devices, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients and families. Flexible part-time opportunities with paid training, fellowship/internship pathways to accumulate hours, and opportunities for referral bonuses. No minimum case requirement; ideal for those pursuing experience in ABA and autism support, with a strong emphasis on compassion, patience, and a calm demeanor. Must be willing to commit to a 6-month tenure and to obtain RBT certification prior to working. Services conducted in clients’ homes or community locations.
