Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. The role requires staying active during therapy, maintaining a safe environment, collaborating with a supportive team, and progressing toward RBT certification (paid) within 20 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active movement (sitting, standing, crouching, getting on/off floor)

- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
