Child Autism Therapist (Entry-Level)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active throughout therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role requires at least 18 years old and a high school diploma, with paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification. Depending on education level, pay ranges from $15.50–$23.50 per hour for HS/Associate’s to $16.50–$25.50 for Bachelor’s and up to $27 per hour for Master’s degree.
