Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and engaging in activities like play, movement, reading, and hands-on tasks to support communication, social, and independent skills. You’ll maintain a safe, organized therapy space, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities for growth into roles like BCBA; the role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and fully covered RBT certification, with compensation that varies by education level (HS/Associate: $20–$24/hr; Bachelor: $20–$25.50/hr; Master: $20–$28/hr).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
