Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; training is provided. Requires lifting up to 30 lbs and an active pace with young children. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; location in Midlothian, TX. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
