Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. This full-time role offers paid training plus full coverage of the RBT certification, with growth opportunities into roles such as Clinical Administrators or BCBA, and a competitive starting rate that varies by education level. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, located in Flower Mound, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or associate’s degree
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
