Child Autism Therapist (Entry-Level)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. You’ll help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions, while maintaining a safe, organized environment and collaborating with a supportive team. No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided, with potential raises and growth opportunities. This is a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC, with schedules Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (optional Saturdays based on patient needs).
