Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Paid training and fully covered RBT certification
- Childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor)
- QMHP or behavioral health technician experience (beneficial)
- Psychology, Child Development, or Health Sciences degree preferred
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Team-oriented, reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
