Job Summary
Full-time Child Autism Therapist to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and activities. No experience required; paid training and fully covered RBT certification. Schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. Located in Joliet, IL. Earn based on education level (HS/Associate: $16.60–$23.50/hr; Bachelor’s: $17.50–$27/hr; Master’s: $19–$28/hr); first raise after RBT certification; benefits include health, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- 18 years old
- Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Pass background check
