Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play and activities, staying active and engaged during sessions, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Prior experience is a plus but not required; paid training and fully covered RBT certification are provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be willing to complete RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
