Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team focused on child growth and success. Training is provided with paid RBT certification and opportunities for advancement. Pay scales with education level and ABA experience: HS/Associate $15.50–$23.50/hr, Bachelor $16.50–$25.50/hr, Master $17.50–$27/hr; first raise after earning RBT certification. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and more.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with active pace and physical tasks
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
