Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role includes paid training and full coverage of RBT certification; growth opportunities within the organization. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays, Lombard, IL, starting immediately.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Full-time availability (Mon-Fri 8-5, with optional Saturday)
- Must be 18 years or older
