Job Summary
You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Training is provided with paid RBT certification and opportunities for growth within Action Behavior Centers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
