Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based activities. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Company offers paid training and fully covers the RBT certification; opportunities for growth into roles such as BCBA. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs; full-time, on-site in Gurnee, IL.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team mindset and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
