Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. The role offers paid training and fully covered RBT certification, with full-time hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Saturdays optional based on patient needs), and growth opportunities within ABC. Compensation varies by education level: Bachelor’s Degree $15–$24/hour and Master’s Degree $16–$26/hour, with raises after RBT certification; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO/holidays, and other family-support programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Active participation in team-based care
- Comfortable with sitting/standing/crouching/being on the floor during sessions
