Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple session data. Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and offers paid training with full RBT certification coverage. Role includes guaranteed full-time hours, opportunities for growth, health benefits, and ongoing professional development. You will work at Action Behavior Centers in La Marque, TX, with schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm ( Saturdays optional based on patient needs). You will help support therapy sessions and may assist nearby ABC clinics as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Comfortable with active pace and working with children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
