Job Summary
Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy; follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data; help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities; stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions; maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; collaborate with a supportive team focused on kids’ growth; position offers paid training and fully covered RBT certification; opportunity for growth into roles like BCBA; schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time on-site role;Bachelor’s degree required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- At least 18 years old
- Comfortable with physical activity during therapy (sitting, standing, crouching, getting on/off the floor)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
