Job Summary
You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple session data. Responsibilities include helping children learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities; staying active and engaged during therapy sessions; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment; and collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided; compensation ranges by education level, with opportunities for growth after certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with children preferred but not required
- 18+ years old
