Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping kids learn through play and hands-on activities. The role includes paid training and fully covered RBT certification, a stable full-time schedule, team collaboration, and opportunities for growth within Action Behavior Centers. The position is based at the ABC Clinic in North Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX, with duties focused on therapy delivery, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting families.
